Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant is located in Disney Springs and offers some of the best authentic Irish food around. The Irish owners of Raglan Road have even brought in top chefs from Dublin who serve up the very best of modern Irish cooking.

Fiasco from our Disney Dining team along with his wife, Haley, stopped by for lunch and shared some thoughts on the experience. Read on to see what they thought!

Raglan Road Irish Pub is a restaurant I’ve always steered clear from because I always expected it to be “too loud” which isn’t the kind of atmosphere I want to have dinner in. Well, the verdict is still out for dinner time – but lunch proved to be a splendidly calm (and delicious) time!

First off, Haley doing a gluten-free diet was pleasantly surprised when our server informed us that because they make most of their offerings from scratch – you can get a gluten-free version of just about any menu item!! No slim pickings here! She got the Braised Beef and although it arrived around room temperature the flavor and quality really hit the spot.

I got the Fish and Chips because “when in Rome” am I right? I was not disappointed! This was one massive piece of North Atlantic cod perfectly flakey and with a thin layer of beer batter. Honestly cannot think of one place on Walt Disney World property that serves better fish & chips – but it comes with the hefty price tag of $27 which I understand is a bit of a shocking amount when we are talking about Pub food. But hey, it’s “Disney Pub Food” so I’ll take it!
