Flame Tree Barbecue
We stopped by an old favorite of ours, Flame Tree Barbecue, to try their new Celebrate Soulfully Cupcake for $5.99. We loved how tasty this cupcake was, but NGL it’s a bit mushy!

Nomad Lounge
Heads up, dessert fans! There’s a new contender in town. We headed over to Nomad Lounge for a quick lunch and to see if there was anything new on the menu — and we were pleasantly surprised! They’ve added Mandazi to the menu. It’s described as a fried dough tart and is similar to a beignet!

This dessert wasn’t the only item we tried at Nomad Lounge, though! Okay, this next item isn’t exactly new, but it pops up every now and then as a special on the menu and we always love to try it out. This is the Lobster Mac and Cheese!

You’ll have to ask for this since it’s not listed on the menu, and we paid $24 for a pretty decent portion that could easily be split!

Thirsty River Bar
Look out Disneyland — there’s a new mint julep in Walt Disney World and it came to WIN. Try the refreshing Celebrate Soulfully Mint Julep at Thirsty River Bar!

Animal Kingdom Construction Updates
Our pal Aladar has been looking pretty rough these days, and we don’t have much of an update on him this week! His fountain is still drained, and he has yet to be given his glow up.

We’re also still seeing construction walls around Restaurantosaurus, but we’ll keep an eye out for any more updates on that!

Bhaktapur Market
By far the most expensive new item we found at Animal Kingdom today was this stuffed lion for $99! Located at the Bhaktapur Market outside of Yak and Yeti, you can take home this plush that is just as large as it is expensive.

Riverside Depot
Over at Riverside Depot, these new dish towels caught our eye! They’re part of Disney’s new housewares collection. You can get each of these dish towels on shopDisney as well! We found the Cinderella Dish Towel…
