Disney+ Is Coming to Over 40 New Countries Soon!

By now you probably already know that Disney+ is the Disney-owned streaming service where you can watch tons of your favorite Disney movies and television shows.

It is also the streaming service that is responsible for bringing us fan-favorite original series like The Mandalorian, Loki, and WandaVision. And there are TONS of more exciting Disney+ content on the way! But, is Disney+ available for fans in ALL countries to view? Not yet, but soon Disney fans in more than 40 countries and territories will be able to enjoy the content Disney+ offers.

According to Variety, Disney has confirmed launch dates and prices for its Disney+ service for over 40 new countries and 11 territories. This new rollout begins with South Africa getting the service on May 18th, while the rest of the countries follow in June.

These are all of the countries that will be receiving Disney+ soon: Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Bahrain, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Egypt, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kosovo, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Libya, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Montenegro, Morocco, North Macedonia, Oman, Palestine Territories, Poland, Qatar, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Vatican City and Yemen.

The new territories Disney+ will be available in include: Denmark’s Faroe Islands, France’s French Polynesia, French Southern Territories and St. Pierre and Miquelon Overseas Collective, Finland’s Åland Islands, the Netherlands’ Sint Maarten, Norway’s Svalbard & Jan Mayen and the U.K.’s British Indian Ocean Territory, Gibraltar, Pitcairn Islands and St. Helena.

Similar to other places where Disney+ already exists, viewers who are receiving Disney+ in these new countries and territories will be able to have four concurrent streams, unlimited downloads on up to 10 devices, and they will be able to have up to seven profiles on one account.

Outside of Europe, Disney+ has already been available to fans in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Latin America. In India, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand, Disney+ operates as Disney Plus Hotstar.
