When we recently checked in on Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, several areas were undergoing refurbishment. Now, work on interior and exterior locations at the resort appears to be complete.
When we stopped by Disney’s Yacht Club Resort at the end of February, workers on cherry pickers and resort room balconies were repainting the resort’s exterior.
Now, the balconies show no signs of continued work.
The scaffolding that covered some of the building’s exterior is now gone.
The outside of the building received a fresh coat of paint.
The ceiling of this gazebo-like area was also freshly painted.
Stormalong Bay
As we announced last month, the bridges at Stormalong Bay are now closed for refurbishment.
White construction walls now surround both entrances and exits of the bridges.
Lobby Flooring
In February, the lobby floors at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort underwent refurbishment.
Now, the floors look nice and shiny.
The rugs and furniture are back in their rightful places.
Full refurbishment of the resort is expected to be completed by this summer.
