Long after the attraction officially closed, the last sign has finally been removed from Stitch’s Great Escape.

Stitch’s Great Escape closed back in 2018, but various signs for the attraction remained covered by tarps.

The entrance wait time sign, that has been covered for years now, was finally taken down and the hole patched up.

Until the COVID-19 shutdown, the Stitch’s Great Escape building remained open as a Stitch meet-and-greet location. However, with character meet-and-greets temporarily suspended due to health and safety regulations, the location has met its long-awaited closure.

Disney CFO Christine McCarthy has stated meet and greets will return to the US park locations soon, and they have already returned to Disneyland Paris. However, this space was scheduled to go under construction to become a Wreck-It Ralph attraction around the time the parks closed due to COVID-19 anyway.
