Magic Kingdom
- The Walt Disney World Railroad tunnel underneath the TRON Lightcycle Run site has expanded further, and is nearly complete.
- We found two new Characters on Parade pins themed to Roger Rabbit and Pinocchio at the Frontier Trading Post today.
EPCOT
- The Egg-Stravaganza Easter Egg hunt is on its way back to EPCOT starting March 31!
- To that end, a number of character eggs are already installed at the park.
- We got to try a fresh plate of breakfast arepas and delicious dulce de leche cocoa coffee from La Isla Fresca, one of the booths at the 2022 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- On a visit to Backlot Express, we tried a rather flavorless salad and some other disappointing new additions to the menu.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
- Rehearsals are underway for “Finding Nemo: The Big Blue… and Beyond!” inside the Theater of the Wild.
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
- Walt Disney World’s iconic “Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue” is finally returning to the resort starting June 23!
- Immediately after the announcement, Disney posted new audition calls for the dinner show.
- The Righteous Reef Playground and Cozy Cone Pool at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort closed for refurbishment today ahead of the summer crowds.
- Over at Bay View Gifts in Disney’s Contemporary Resort, we finally spotted the new Princess Tiana Disney Designer Collection Doll!
Other Walt Disney World News
- As the return of Minnie Vans is underway, Disney appears to be attempting to rehire laid off Minnie Van drivers to facilitate their return.
- Due to supply chain issues, medals may not be readily available in time for the runDisney Springtime Surprise Weekend event.
Disneyland Resort
- Pre-orders are now open for the “Santa Stops at Disneyland” Little Golden Book, which releases this fall.
- Ahoy there, crew! A new glow-in-the-dark Pirates of the Caribbean 55th Anniversary shirt has made port at Disneyland.
- The new springtime dinner meal at Carthay Circle Restaurant was a pleasant surprise.
- Also at Disney California Adventure, we tried the new apple streusel Spiral Ration from Terran Treats.
- Looking to celebrate Disneyland’s 65th Anniversary a little late? Pick up this new limited edition coin over on Main Street, U.S.A.

Tokyo Disney Resort
- Tokyo Disney Resort’s owner and operator The Oriental Land Company was forced to pay damages in a lawsuit related to workplace harassment of a Cast Member.

- We got a first look at the Disney Wish-exclusive Dooney & Bourke and Loungefly bags coming this summer!
Entertainment & Media
Disney+
- Disney+ will expand to 42 new countries and 11 new territories in May and June this year.
- One episode of “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier” from last year had some of its violence and blood quietly toned down.
Movies
- “West Side Story” star Ariana DeBose reached out to Disney CEO Bob Chapek recently over the controversial “Don’t Say Gay” bill, stating they were “going to do the work”.
The Walt Disney Company
- Florida Governor Ron DeSantis responded today to Disney’s commitment to repeal the controversial Parental Rights in Education bill, commonly known as “Don’t Say Gay”.
- Later, he signaled through his spokeswoman that a previously-promised meeting between DeSantis and Disney CEO Bob Chapek was “unlikely” following adversarial comments between the company and the Governor.
