Plants have arrived at the courtyard outside the Wonders of Xandar Pavilion in EPCOT, which will be the entrance to Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.
Rows of foliage can be seen in the planter beds surrounding the courtyard.
This would indicate construction is almost complete on the exterior, as crew members wouldn’t want to harm the plants while working.
Some of the plants are still in black pots, waiting for fresh dirt to be planted in.
Different plants are in the different rows.
Two scissor lifts were still parked in the courtyard as detail work, and weathering of the Xandarian starship continues.
On the ground, we took a closer look at the weathering.
The ship has been made to look like it lived through space battles, with nicks and streaks in the paint.
The stand now also has some white streaks.
We aren’t sure if this weathering on the stand is purposeful or not.
On the side of the building, a strip of tarp was removed, revealing a wound in the paneling.
This side of the building was painted and repainted multiple times.
It seems it is not quite done being fixed up.
