- Walt Disney Imagineer Zach Riddley has shared a closer look at the mural that will adorn the walls of Connections Café and Eatery when it opens this spring at EPCOT.
- After previewing some of the menu items earlier today, Disney has made the entire Connections Eatery menu with prices available.
- Despite still not having an official opening date for the ride, previews for the long-awaited Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind attraction at EPCOT will start to commence in May.
- The Disney Parks official TikTok account gave us a first look inside the “Galaxarium” queue of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT.
New Merchandise
- BaubleBar has released a new Minnie ear headband inspired by Princess Ariel of “The Little Mermaid.”
- Walt Disney World is launching three more 50th anniversary merchandise collections, and expanding the Celebration Collection, this spring.
- Here is a closer look at some of the items that will be available in the EARidescent Shimmer, Vault Orange Bird, and Vault Balloon collections.
- Two new Loungefly mini backpacks have arrived at Walt Disney World, inspired by Mickey pretzels and Olaf from “Frozen.”
- Disney’s Neverland Delivery shared an image on Instagram of a new Madame Leota figure by Jim Shore that will be coming to Disney Parks this summer.
- If you’re sailing down to Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort soon, you might want to keep a sharp eye out for a new mug and magnet inspired by the resort’s “tropical paradise” setting!
Other Walt Disney World News
- Spencer Roach, a member of the Florida House of Representatives, tweeted this morning that he and fellow legislators have had meetings about repealing the 1967 Reedy Creek Improvement Act, which created a special district around Walt Disney World.
- Walt Disney World Cast Members are having trouble booking Park Passes to any of the four main theme parks this spring.
- Though Women’s History Month is almost over, guests can still “Celebrate HER Story” with new MagicMobile pass designs in the My Disney Experience app.
- Walt Disney World is reportedly getting ready to bring back standard character meet and greets without physical distancing as soon as mid-April.
- Despite former possible supply chain issues, runDisney has assured participating runners that the medals for the Springtime Surprise Weekend have arrived at Walt Disney World, and will be available at the event.
- The official Disney Parks TikTok account released a short video, starring our pal Mickey Mouse, signifying that non-distanced character meet and greets will be returning to Disney Parks very soon.
Disneyland Resort
- Galactic Grill at Disneyland Park is serving up the new Galaxy Burger, featuring two patties and plenty of toppings.
- The green gazebo structure that once stood outside the Downtown Disney District AMC is now gone as buildings in the area are demolished for a major reimagining.
- After initially being released at EPCOT during the 2022 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, the new Orange Bird Minnie ear headband has arrived at Disneyland Resort.
- Generic Easter-inspired treats are now available at Disneyland Resort confectionery locations.
- The official Disney Parks TikTok account released a video reporting of Moon Knight sightings in Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure.
Disneyland Paris
- Disneyland Paris is increasing the prices of their Annual Passes and regular day tickets this week.
Disney+
- Ryan Parker of The Hollywood Reporter stated that the altered, less violent version of a “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier” episode was published on Disney+ by mistake.
The Walt Disney Company
- In this week’s episode of “Who’s Talking To Chris Wallace?” on CNN+, Wallace spoke to former Disney CEO Bob Iger. Iger spoke about why it is important for corporate leaders to make statements regarding issues like climate change, immigration, and legislation.
- The Hollywood Reporter speculates Bob Chapek might be removed as CEO of The Walt Disney Company in 11 months.
