Disney has a new job posting up for a Guest Experience Manager at Victoria & Albert’s. The restaurant at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort has been closed since March 2020 but will be reopening sometime this year. An exact opening date was not announced but a job posting for the restaurant indicates the reopening will be sooner rather than later.
Here is the job description:
As a part of the Walt Disney World Resort fine dining leadership team, you will oversee the team to achieve extraordinary service and create a luxury experience for guests from all over the world. You’ll be part of a tradition of excellence that extends generations. Our Fine Dining Restaurant Managers are committed to ensure Cast Members feel safe, welcomed and supported. You will orchestrate leading hourly employees, managing the daily logistics of the operations while making decisions to support financial and service goals. If selected for this role, you will report to the location’s Food and Beverage Proprietor.
They ask for 4+ years of leadership experience overseeing a food and beverage team in a fine dining restaurant, preferably a Five Diamond or Five Star establishment.
