On top of all of today’s exciting Halloween announcements (including the return of Ooogie Boogie Bash), Disneyland Resort has released a first look at the new character costumes Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse will don for the 2022 Halloween season in Disneyland Park:

As you’ll see depicted in this artist concept rendering, Mickey and Minnie are ready to go trick or treating! They, along with their pals, are currently busy sewing, crafting, and painting these charming, “homemade” looks that they all will be wearing for Halloween.

  IT’S HAPPENING!   Grab those Halloween costumes, trick-or-treat bags, and all of your spookiest Disney music — we’ve got HUGE Halloween news.

Disney World’s Halloween season looked very different last year, with the Disney After Hours BOO Bash replacing the much beloved Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. We haven’t experienced Mickey’s spooky (or not-so-spooky!) party since 2019! But now we’ve got a HUGE update for 2022!

GET READY FOLKS. Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will officially be returning in 2022 and we are beyond excited! 

The event will take place on 37 nights from August 12th through October 31st, 2022, in Magic Kingdom from 7PM to midnight.

Guests will get to see the Headless Horseman ride once again as a prelude to “Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade,” go trick-or-treating, see the Sanderson Sisters during the “Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular,” and more!

Tickets will go on sale starting May 18th, 2022! We’ll continue to keep you updated, so keep checking back at DFB for the latest!

It was just announced that America Chavez, who is being introduced in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, will debut at Avengers Campus as a meet-and-greet character.

America Chavez will be available fora limited time in May.

Last year’s separately-ticketed Halloween event, Oogie Boogie Bash, has been confirmed to return to Disney California Adventure this fall.

The exact dates were not announced.

As opposed to 2021’s limited offerings, guests will be able to enjoy regular meet and greets with rare characters. The Frightfully Fun Parade will likely return this year as well.
