Permit Filed for Demolition of Spirit of Aloha Building at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort

Walt Disney Imagineers have filed a permit for the demolition of the Spirit of Aloha building and nearby costuming building at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.

The Spirit of Aloha dinner show has permanently closed, and a new Disney Vacation Club wing will replace the demolished buildings.

The permit is specifically for “utility isolation and demo.” D.H. Griffen Wrecking Co, Inc. is the contractor.
