Nighttime Spectaculars have returned to Disneyland, and it’s something worth celebrating!

Our nights have become much brighter, thanks to the return of the Disneyland Forever fireworks, World of Color, and Main Street Electrical Parade! Along with the new parade-themed popcorn bucket, sipper, and merchandise, new treats arrived to celebrate the special occasion — and one of them will melt if you don’t act fast!

Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor on Main Street, U.S.A. released a new treat to celebrate the return of Nighttime Spectaculars, and it’s very unique! The new Uni-cone has banana, cherry, and pistachio ice cream in a white-chocolate dipped waffle, topped off with fantasy sprinkles! The Uni-Cone costs $6.79.

Let’s get down to the details! We found this treat to just be…okay. The banana and cherry ice cream was overpowering, so we could just barely taste the pistachio. It reminded us of spumoni ice cream, so if you’re not a fan of that, you probably won’t like the Uni-Cone.

Our favorite part though? That WAFFLE CONE — yum! It was warm and dipped in white chocolate and loaded with sprinkles.

So, while this treat may not be a standout for us, it’s a great option if you like cherry, banana, or pistachio (or all three combined) and are looking for something to help you cool off on a warm park day. Plus, it’s in a super convenient location if you’re hoping to grab something sweet and stake out a viewing spot for the Main Street Electrical Parade on none other than Main Street, U.S.A.! Of course, we’ve been trying all the new snacks that have made their way to Disneyland for the nighttime spectacular celebration too so be sure to stay tuned to DFB for more!
