The Main Street Electrical Parade is once again rolling through Disneyland, and it’s brought some new and returning treats for the celebration. At Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe, you can find three themed snacks: the Mine Cart Brownie, the Main Street Electrical Parade Macaron, and the Cheshire Cat Linzer Cookie.

Mine Cart Brownie – $5.49

White Chocolate-dipped Dark Chocolate Brownie topped with Sugar Gems

The Mine Cart brownie is super sugary.

The brownie has a prevalent chocolate flavor, as can be expected, but the frosting and sugar crystals are virtually flavorless besides being overbearingly sweet. It’s off-putting.

The sugar crystals bring a nice crunch for a varied texture, but it’s just too much. Even with two people, we couldn’t finish the brownie. It does take cute photos, though.

Main Street Electrical Parade Macaron – $5.99

Yellow Macaron filled with Honey Buttercream and Lemon Curd, topped with Rainbow Sprinkles and Electrical Parade Drum Decoration

A soft and crumbly macaron cookie. The center is a lemon custard surrounded by frosting and dipped in sprinkles.

The tartness of the lemon cuts through the sweetness of the cookie, frosting, and sprinkles perfectly.

The macaron is topped with a cute chocolate Main Street Electrical Parade medallion featuring the logo from the drum float.

Cheshire Cat Linzer Cookie – $5.49

Citrus Shortbread Linzer Cookie with Strawberry Glaze

Classic shortbread, crisp and buttery. The raspberry filling complements the dryness of the cookie.

The drizzles and Cheshire Cat disc on top are white chocolate, adding another dimension to the flavor profile.

Overall a yummy treat, but a little dry.
