Hey there, DFB friends! We’re here with news from Disney Springs.
If you’ve never visited Disney Springs in Disney World, you’re missing out! A bustling shopping area filled with delicious snacks and restaurants, we like to visit as often as we can. This week some new tasty treats arrived, including a chocolate drink you can sip from a…bunny?? Check out what’s new in Disney Springs here!
Disney Springs Food Updates
Gideon’s Bakehouse
Gideon’s Bakehouse features a new cake and cookie every month, and the flavor of April is coconut! The Toasted Coconut Caramel Cookie is $6, and it’s a classic chocolate chip cookie mixed with salted caramel and coconut cream, and it’s topped with shaved toasted coconut flakes. We thought this cookie was delicious, and you still get that chocolate chip cookie flavor but with added hints of coconut and caramel.
The cake of April is the Coconut Cream Cake, which is a three-layer cake made with vanilla cake, coconut cream buttercream, salted caramel, and topped with coconut shavings. This cake is only available on weekends for $9 a slice, and you basically need to love coconuts to enjoy this.
Both of these treats are very sweet, and the cookie is available throughout April but the cake is only available on weekends in April. Which one would you choose?

The Ganachery
The Boozy Bourbon Bunnies are officially BACK at The Ganachery! These hollow chocolate bunnies are filled with a housemade chocolate drink, and you can choose to get the nonalcoholic chocolate drink for $12 or get your drink topped off with bourbon for $15. These bunnies are available from April 1st to April 17th.
Also available are these Minnie Bunny Piñatas for $28 each, which are milk chocolate spheres filled with marshmallow treats!
We wish these chocolatey treats were around for longer than just a few weeks!

Raglan Road
We visited Raglan Road to try some brunch items, like the Iced Irish for $15, made with Paddy’s Irish Whiskey, butterscotch schnapps, and Bailey’s Salted Caramel, with iced coffee topped with whipped cream.
We also tried two entrees, such as the All This…And Eggs on Top for $22, which included pulled slow braised beef, potato hash with sauteed mushrooms, green onions, mushroom ketchup, and topped with two sunny side up eggs. We also ordered the Now You’re Talkin’ Chicken Sandwich for $22, made with fried buttermilk chicken breast, hot sauce, scallions, shredded pickled slaw, truffle aioli, and grated parmesan.
And finally, we tried Ger’s Bread & Butter Pudding, which comes with bread and two sauces to enjoy. Yum!
Stay tuned for a FULL review of everything we tried at Raglan Road brunch!
Ghirardelli Soda Fountain
If you’re looking for some colorful, Easter-themed Ghiradelli chocolates, visit Ghiradelli Soda Fountain in Disney Springs! These packages come with assorted chocolate squares in springtime colors.
These would be perfect for an Easter basket or, you know, a nice treat on any day of the year.
