- The Main Street, U.S.A. trolley is finally back to transporting guests down the road and to the hub!
- As construction continues on Center Street, the curbs have reportedly been removed from this side street on Main Street, U.S.A.
EPCOT
- Ahead of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind opening, the World Discovery Joffrey’s kiosk has been repainted in a new red and gray color scheme.
- We now know how much the Individual Lightning Lane for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind will cost — $14 as a base, up to $17 per guest per day.
- An IP-free “Big Bang” omnicoaster was reportedly planned for EPCOT before management decided to add Guardians of the Galaxy IP.

Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
- Details are emerging about the changes to the “Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue”, including news that its lighting and sound systems have been replaced. Some scenery and minor script changes are also now part of the show.
Disney Springs
- According to a sheriff’s report, a child waited alone at the T-REX bar last month after his mother got drunk and abandoned her child on her way to the hospital.
New Merchandise
- “Star Wars” collectable coins and credits are now available in Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
- Limited Release Chewbacca Wishables have landed today at the Magic Kingdom.
Other Walt Disney World News
- New vacation packages for 2023 exclusive to visitors from the United Kingdom are set to include a dining and merchandise credit of up to $1,200, a 14-day Magic Ticket for the price of a 7-day ticket, Memory Maker, a $200 Disney gift card, and two tickets to Cirque du Soleil’s “Drawn to Life.”
Disneyland Resort
- We got a sneak peek at new “Star Wars” merchandise slated to land at Star Wars Celebration Anaheim and the Disneyland Resort.
- Radiator Springs Racers remained closed for a second day today in the wake of a smoking car reported yesterday.
- A Disneyland spokesperson reported later today that Radiator Springs Racers will remain closed through the weekend for further testing.
- In celebration of 45 years since the original “Star Wars” released in theaters, a retro-inspired concept art line and vintage action figures is now available at Disneyland.
- Also part of that new line is a Loungefly with Funko Pop “Star Wars” characters inspired by the concept art line.
- The construction walls blocking off large chunks of sidewalk in New Orleans Square have finally come down.
- If you ever wondered how self-referential Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge merch could get, check out this new Creature Stall-themed colored pencil set we found today on Batuu.
- Tons of new costume pieces for your journeys to both Batuu and off-world are now on sale at Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities.
- We found a new Bo-Katan Kryze Black Series helmet in Star Traders.
Entertainment & Media
- “Andor” will debut August 31 on Disney+, and we got a first look with a new trailer.
- This is the way: Season 3 of “The Mandalorian will debut in February 2023, also exclusively on Disney+.
- The Jon Watts-directed “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew” will land on Disney+ sometime next year.
- At long last, “Indiana Jones 5″ has a release date of June 30, 2023, and we got our first promo image from the film.
- Another highly anticipated series, “Star Wars Ahsoka” will debut on Disney+ next year.
- A new teaser trailer for “Willow” was released today along with its official streaming date of November 30.
- The upcoming Star Wars series “The Acolyte” will draw inspiration from the Expanded Universe “Legends” canon.
- By complete surprise, the first two episodes of “Obi-Wan Kenobi” dropped on Disney+ a bit early today by about three hours.
