Lucasfilm is launching Obi-Wan Wednesdays starting May 25, two days before the premiere of “Obi-Wan Kenobi” on Disney+, to reveal new products inspired by the show each week.
Obi-Wan Wednesdays will run through June 29, revealing new toys, apparel, action figures, accessories, books, comics, and more.
Fans can visit ObiWanWednesdays.com at 10 a.m. PDT / 1 p.m. EDT on each Wednesday for the latest drop of new products, with select goods going on pre-order Thursdays at 10 a.m. PDT / 1 p.m. EDT.
To celebrate May the 4th, Hasbro has also revealed two new “Obi-Wan Kenobi” products today.
The Star Wars The Black Series FX Elite LIGHTSABER collectible toy is the most realistic Force FX LIGHTSABER yet, inspired by its appearance in the limited series. Use the switch and button on the metal hilt to activate sound effects, progressive ignition, battle clash effect, duel effect, and battle sequence mode. When it’s not in use, the lightsaber can be displayed on its included stand — with or without the removable blade.
For those who wish to take a walk on the dark side, Hasbro also revealed its new Star Wars The Black Series Darth Vader – Premium Electronic Helmet. The helmet features premium deco, realistic detail, and a design inspired by “Obi-Wan Kenobi.” It also includes iconic ventilation sounds, an updated sculpt, and magnetic multi-piece assembly — plus, a display stand.
Both products are available for pre-order at most major retailers on May 5 at 10 a.m. PDT / 1 p.m. EDT.
Will you be adding either of these to your collection? Let us know in the comments.
