Series 2 of Fab 50 Figurines Arrive at Walt Disney World

Another series of figurines inspired by the Disney Fab 50 Character Collection is now available in mystery boxes at Walt Disney World. The first series was released earlier this year. We found series 2 in the Emporium at Magic Kingdom.

Fab 50 Series 2 Mystery Figurine – $12.99

Series 1 boxes were $9.99 but series 2 boxes are $12.99.

Each box contains one Fab 50 figurine. The boxes are royal blue with golden, EARidescent images and lettering.

There are ten figurines available in this series: Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Pluto, Goofy, Orange Bird, Bambi and Thumber, Woody and Bo Peep, Simba, Timon and Pumbaa, and R2-D2.

Inside the box, each figurine comes in a gold foil bag.

We got five of the ten possible figurines.

Here’s a closer look at the R2-D2, Woody and Bo Peep, Simba, Minnie Mouse, and Bambi figurines.

The figurines are tiny recreations of the full-size gold statues.

Each figurine comes on a blue circular base.

The Walt Disney World 50th anniversary logo is in gold on the bottom of the base.

Bambi is accompanied by Thumper, and a butterfly on his tail.

New Ahsoka Tano-Themed Droid R7-TN0 Figure Rolls Into Disneyland Resort

If you’re a big fan of Ahsoka Tano, you might like the very special astromech droid we found at the Disneyland Resort — R7-TN0 is an R2 unit, modeled after “Star Wars” fan favorite, Ahsoka Tano. She’s taken up residence at Star Wars Trading Post in the Downtown Disney District.

R7-TN0 – Star Wars Droid Factory Action Figure – $14.99

R7’s name and color scheme are a direct nod to Ahsoka Tano, one of the main characters in “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” and recurring in “Star Wars: Rebels.”

R7 is primarily blue and bright yellow.

Light gray highlights give the droid a distinctive appearance.

R7’s Droid Factory description states they are ‘optimized to function’ in the ‘world of Kiros.’ That planet featured in the “Kidnapped” episode of “Star Wars: The Clone Wars.”

R7-TN0 is ready for adventure at Star Wars Trading Post in Downtown Disney. Will you snip R7 off of the shelves for your Star Wars collection? Let us know in the comments.

We previously reported on the upcoming Disney+ “Ahsoka” series.

Miss Tilly Sipper Crashes into H2O Glow After Hours at Typhoon Lagoon

Exclusively available to guests at the H2O Glow After Hours event at Typhoon Lagoon, a brand-new sipper themed to the park icon Miss Tilly atop Mount Mayday has crashed into the park once again!

Miss Tilly Sipper Cup – $22.49

Served with Frozen Tropical Hurricane Lemondate or the Blue Typhoon Colada (Limit 2 per Guest)

Guests can pick up the sipper at Leaning Palms along with other event-exclusive treats.

The sipper depicts the iconic Miss Tilly atop Mount Mayday.

Detailing on the ship shows even the moss growing off the starboard side. The ropes hanging off are made of plastic and embedded in the design.

The part that actually holds the drink, Mount Mayday itself, reads “Typhoon Lagoon.”

Most of the screws holding the sipper together are visible on the back side. More moss hangs off the port stern. The propeller does not appear to spin.

The strap is brown with a worn design, with the park’s wordmark and a silhouette of the Miss Tilly being swept up by a Typhoon visible.

Guests can pick these up during H2O Glow After Hours at Typhoon Lagoon. Are you excited to add this to your sipper collection? Let us know in the comments below!

The staple Gorgeous Grey Dessert ingredients are here. Cookies & Cream mousse, red velvet cake, shortbread cookie, and a single raspberry, are all accounted for.

We found that the cookie has improved considerably. It’s moist and delicious, although it lacks flavor compared to the other ingredients.
