We’ve worked up an appetite at Disneyland this evening, and in honor of Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite, we stopped to grab a Grogu-inspired macaron. You can find the “Snacky Mac” at Alien Pizza Planet, Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe, Royal Street Veranda, and the lemonade cart near “it’s a small world.”

Light Teal Macaron Shell filled with Blackberry Cream Cheese Frosting and Passion Fruit Curd

This macaron was excellent! The cream cheese frosting is around the outside, and the passion fruit curd is quite tart.

The cookie is delicate and sweet, plus a good size for the price.

We only wish more bites had the complete flavor combination of the passion fruit curd and the cream cheese frosting.
