It’s now slightly easier to drive around Walt Disney World, as westbound EPCOT Center Drive’s ramp onto northbound World Drive has reopened.
The ramp was closed off for refurbishment earlier this year, causing headaches for drivers as they exit EPCOT.
Meanwhile, orange traffic markers are still in place along the shoulders of the two-lane road.
The ramp leads directly to an exit to head to the Magic Kingdom, its surrounding resorts, and Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground.
The roadways around Walt Disney World have undergone a significant amount of work recently. Over on World Drive, construction continues on a ramp in front of Magic Kingdom parking to ease congestion. This is all part of Phase II for the road, which will align it with all the new ramps and exits from the road. Earlier this year, westbound EPCOT Center Drive was closed for roadwork.
