Hey DFB friends! It’s time for another round of what’s new at Magic Kingdom!
Over the last few days we’ve seen a new merchandise collection inspired by rats and cheese and the reappearance of a popular Halloween item. Find out all about the new things in Magic Kingdom right here!
Magic Kingdom Food Updates
For Disney’s Halfway to Halloween event, the Mummy Mickey Popcorn Buckets were for sale in Liberty Square again. They were on sale for one day only, but who knows — maybe they’ll pop back up for Halloween later this year.
Over at Sunshine Tree Terrace, the Citrus Swirl is finally on the Mobile Order menu! This fan-favorite snack has been available for some time now but up until now you couldn’t order it via Mobile Order.
We noticed that the Pineapple Upside Down Cake is back on the online Aloha Isle menu, but not on the in-person menu. We made our way to Aloha Isle to order it but a Cast Member told us it wasn’t available at this time.
This treat is listed for $6.99 and we’ll be watching closely for it to make its way back to Magic Kingdom!

Magic Kingdom Construction Updates
At Tomorrowland Light and Power Co., the exit from the store is blocked off on one side.
And inside the store, one of the exits is blocked by construction walls as well.
The black and yellow platform is still on the ground near Country Bears Jamboree.
And there’s currently a stage in front of Country Bears too.
The Mary Poppins meet-and-greet area had music playing and the area was roped off, so we’re wondering if Mary Poppins will be returning soon to greet guests again.
And in Memento Mori, the back area of the store was closed by a construction wall.
Keep checking back with DFB for more construction updates.
