The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival will be starting soon! We’ve already shared tons of tips about how to conquer this festival, and this morning we got a FULL look at the food booth menus. You may be looking forward to trying some returning favorites, but what about those NEW items? Well, there are quite a few joining the festival this year!

Today we’re breaking down every single NEW item you’ll be able to try at this year’s Food and Wine Festival! Here’s a full list of the new foods coming to the Festival this year:

Earth Eats hosted by IMPOSSIBLE

• IMPOSSIBLE Meatball with herbed polenta, rustic puttanesca sauce, and basil pesto (Plant-based) (Note that we did have an Impossible Farmhouse Meatball at Earth Eats in 2020 — though that was very different than what this year’s version looks like. Also, we had some Impossible Lion’s Head Meatballs at Disney California Adventure’s Lunar New Year Festival, but again those were different than the ones coming to Food and Wine at EPCOT).
• Strawberry Freeze featuring Twinings Lemon & Ginger Herbal Tea (non-alcoholic)
• Strawberry Freeze featuring Twinings Lemon & Ginger Herbal Tea with Ketel One Botanical Cucumber & Mint Vodka

Shimmering Sips

• Guava Mousse on a sugar cookie with coconut-lime whipped cream (Plant-based)
• Berry Sour Ale Mimosa: Boulevard Brewing Co. berry noir sour ale and sparkling wine

Hawai’i (Opening in August)

• SPAM Musubi Nigiri with sushi rice, teriyaki-glazed SPAM, spicy mayonnaise, eel sauce, and nori

Australia

• Ingredient change: Lamington: Yellow cake with raspberry filling dipped in chocolate and coconut (Lamington has been on the menu at the Australia booth in the past, though it has disappeared and reappeared over the past few years, but the raspberry filling is a newer addition to this classic treat)
• Coopers Brewery Pacific Pale Ale
• Yalumba ‘Y’ Viognier
• Jansz Premium Rosé

Appleseed Orchard

• Bold Rock Imperial Apple Hard Cider
• Playalinda Brewing Caramel Apple Pie Ale

Brazil

• Potential ingredient change: Feijoada: Black Beans with crispy pork belly, Brazil nut pesto, and Ben’s Original Long Grain White Rice (Note that we did try a Feijoada dish at the Brazil booth back in 2011 but it was simply described as a black bean and pork stew and it looked different than the image Disney has shared for 2022)

Tangierine Cafe: Flavors of the Medina

• Stem Ciders Hibiscus Session Hard Apple Cider

Greece

• Lamb Gyro with shaved lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and tzatziki on warm flatbread (the Greece pavilion has had a gyro in the past, though it’s generally been a chicken gyro in recent years)

Hops & Barley

• Chesapeake Crab Slider with tangy coleslaw and Cajun remoulade
• Lexington Brewing & Distilling Co. Kentucky Pumpkin Barrel Ale

Spain

• Kentia Albariño Rías Baixas
• Quinta del ’67 Almansa Garnacha Tintorera

Germany

• Schöfferhofer Pineapple Hefeweizen

The Alps

• Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese with Riesling-poached pears, red wine-braised figs, candied pecans, honey, and cranberry toast (Emile’s Fromage Montage) (other Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese offerings have been available here in the past but the specific items that come with this version are newer)
• Wicked Weed Brewing Uncle Rick’s Pilsner

India

• Crispy Paneer with mango-curry ketchup (Emile’s Fromage Montage)
• Potato and Pea Samosa with coriander-lime cream (Plant-based)
• Chicken Tikka Masala with fennel-spiced yogurt and naan bread

The Swanky Saucy Swine

• Grilled Pork Shoulder Lettuce Wrap with charred corn salsa, pickled red onion, and cilantro-lime crema (A pork lettuce wrap is something we’ve seen at the South Korea booth in the past, though this one appears to be different)
• Parish Brewing Co. SIPS Cabernet Franc Strawberry

Brew-Wing (Opening in August)

• Sticky Wings with Peanut Sauce and Grape Gel with Celery and Ranch
• Sriracha-Lime Wings with celery and ranch
• Dry-rubbed Jerk-spiced Wings with papaya chili sauce with celery and ranch
• 3 Daughters Brewing Watermelon Wheat Ale
• Central 28 Beer Company Groveland Road Blood Orange IPA
• Woodchuck Guava ‘Nother Hard Cider
• Blake’s Hard Cider Co. Strawberry Lemonade Hard Cider

The Fry Basket

• Adobo Yuca Fries with garlic-cilantro aïoli (Gluten/ Wheat Friendly) (Plant-based)
• Fry Flight
  • Sea Salt and Malt Vinegar Fries (Plant-based)
  • Barbecued Bacon Fries with smoked aïoli
  • Sweet Potato Casserole Fries with candied pecans, toasted marshmallow cream, and caramel whisky
• Salty Dog Cocktail: Boyd & Blair Vodka with grapefruit juice, ginger, simple syrup, and lime with a salted rim
• 81Bay Brewing Co. Key Lime Lager

Flavors from Fire

• Banh Mi Bao with char-grilled Asian skirt steak, chicken liver aïoli, pickled vegetables, and cilantro
• Rocky Road Chocolate Cake with marshmallows, spiced almonds, and chocolate ganache

Coastal Eats (Opening in August)

• Potential ingredient changes: Baked Scampi Dip with shrimp, scallops, and baguette (We have had a Baked Scampi Dip from Coastal Eats before — in fact, it has been one of our returning favorites in the past. Previously it was served with a sourdough baguette and featured mainly shrimp. It looks like the baguette could be a bit different this year, and the addition of the scallops appears to be a newer addition as well)
• Oysters Rockefeller
• Bell’s Lager of the Lakes Bohemian Pilsner

Mac & Eats (Opening in August)

• Chili-Cheese Macaroni & Cheese with sour cream and cheddar cheese (Plant-based) (Emile’s Fromage Montage)
• Catena White Clay Sémillon-Chenin
• Evolution by Sokol Blosser Pinot Noir

Mexico

• Taco al Pastor: Seared pork belly pastor on a corn tortilla with chipotle black beans, pineapple, pickled onions, and chives (Gluten/ Wheat Friendly) (Note, we have seen some somewhat similar tacos here in the past, like the Tacos al Pastor from the Flower and Garden Festival’s Jardin de Fiestas booth, which also featured pork (though not pork belly) and pineapples. We also saw a pork belly taco at El Artista Hambriento in the 2021 Festival of the Arts that had pineapple too. But this version appears to be different!)
• Tostada de Barbacoa: Barbacoa beef on a fried corn tortilla with chipotle black beans, salsa verde, Mexican crema, queso fresco, and chives (Gluten/ Wheat Friendly) (We’ve had tacos de barbacoa beef in the Mexico pavilion but this is a different offering)
• Blood Orange Charm Margarita: Centinela Blanco Tequila, blood orange aperitif, blackcurrant-infused vodka, and prosecco served on the rocks with pink peppercorns and sweet-dried-chile salt rim
• It Takes Two to Mango Margarita: Mezcal Ilegal Joven, mango purée, Nixta Corn Liqueur, rum, and ancho chile lime juice served on the rocks with hibiscus-salt rim

France

• New ingredient: Brioche aux Escargots, Sauce Crème à l’ail et Persil: Escargot brioche with creamy garlic and parsley sauce (Escargot has been served in many different forms at the France booth over the years. It’s come in a more croissant form, on top of a puff pastry, and even as a tart. But the brioche is what makes this one unique. In a way, it’s a small return to the little escargots tucked inside tiny brioche rolls from way back when.)
• Potential ingredient change: Crème Brûlée Vanille à la Confiture de Framboises: Vanilla crème brûlée with house-made raspberry jam (Like the escargot, Crème Brûlée is a staple of the France pavilion during Food and Wine, and it has come in a variety of flavors in the past. Disney has identified this option as “new” this year, but we had a Creme Brulee with house-made raspberry jam a number of years ago at the France booth, so it’s unclear exactly what makes this one unique.)
• Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon Blend, Bordeaux, Château de Riffaud

Italy

• Gnocchi di Patate: Potato dumplings with four-cheese sauce and roasted cremini mushrooms
• Gnocchi di Patate: Potato dumplings with vodka sauce, Romano cheese, and crispy bacon
• Panna Cotta: Orange blossom panna cotta with seasonal berries

China

• Potential ingredient change: Mongolian Beef Bao Bun with onion (Disney has marked this item as “new,” but it sounds very similar to the Mongolian Beef Bao Bun we had at the China booth back in 2020. Perhaps the onion makes this version more unique or there are spices or other differences — we’ll keep an eye out for updates on that.)
• Dandan Noodles: Spicy pork with sichuan sauce, peanut butter, sesame, and green onion (not too long ago we grabbed spicy pork dandan noodles over at the Disney California Adventure Lunar New Year Festival, so we’ll be interested to see how these compare)
• Passion Fruit Bubble Tea (non-alcoholic)

Japan

• Takoyaki: Octopus, green onion, and cabbage bites topped with tonkatsu sauce, bonito flakes, and nori
• Spicy Salmon Donburi: Spicy salmon with sushi rice, shiso leaf, red tobiko, and rice pearls (we had a tempura donburi back in 2020, but this is different!)
• Hana Fuji Apple Sake
• Orange Blossom Brewing Co. Moon Blossom Pilsner

Funnel Cake

• Mini Piña Colada Funnel Cake with piña colada ice cream, whipped cream, toasted coconut, and maraschino cherry drizzled with coconut-rum sauce

Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company

• The American Adventure – Mocha Madness: A sweet frozen cappuccino blended with chocolate syrup (non-alcoholic) (Spirited version available with Godiva Chocolate Liqueur)
• World Showcase (Near Disney Traders) – Castaway Cold Brew: A creamy combination of Joffrey’s Shakin’ Jamaican Nitro and sweet cream (non-alcoholic) (Spirited version available with Grey Goose Vodka and Kahlúa Liqueur)
• Near Canada – Arctic Sunrise: A cool citrus treat featuring passion fruit over ice and coconut syrup (non-alcoholic) (Spirited version available with Bacardí Tropical Rum)
• Ingredient changes: World Discovery (Near Mission: SPACE – Nitro Dreams: A creamy combination of Joffrey’s Shakin’ Jamaican Nitro Cold Brew, Irish cream syrup, and half & half topped with cream (non-alcoholic) (Spirited version available with Angel’s Envy Bourbon) (Disney has identified this as “new” but the Nitro Dreams drink did exist back in 2021 as a hidden menu item. Back then, however, it was a mixture of Joffrey’s Nitro Cold Brew and Half-and-Half; now it’s described as featuring the Shakin’ Jamaican Nitro Cold Brew and Irish Cream Syrup, topped with cream)
