In celebration of Pride Month, Disneyland Resort has rolled out several rainbow pride-themed food and merchandise. A few are available resort-wide at several locations, and all are photo-worthy.
We picked up ours at Paradise Garden Grill in Disney’s California Adventure, but you can also find it in Disneyland at the Plaza Inn.
Pride Cake – $6.49
Rainbow sponge cake filled with white chocolate mousse, buttercream icing, and rainbow sprinkles
This is as fun as it looks. While not the best piece of cake we’ve had, it was still delicious. It has colorful layers of cake between white chocolate mousse, topped with buttercream and rainbow sprinkles.
The layers stay fairly intact. It was enjoyably sweet but not overwhelming, as the sponge cake is a light vanilla.
The Pride Cake is available through June 30. If this cake is too cute to eat, check out the scented Pride Cake straw topper. It looks just like the rainbow slice so you can preserve the memory.
