June is Pride Month which tends to mean you can find a slew of themed merchandise and treats around the Disney parks.

And speaking of merchandise and treats, Disney has already introduced a line of new Pride merchandise (and will donate 100% of proceeds to organizations that support LGBTQIA+ youth and families). And now, Gideon’s Bakehouse has brought back a delicious cookie for June!

That’s right — the White Chocolate Caramel Macadamia Nut Cookie for $6 has arrived back at Gideon’s!

We’ve had this cookie before, but we weren’t about to turn down a chance to have it again. We loved it last year, after all! We’re happy to report that this cookie is still delicious! Like every Gideon’s cookie we’ve had, it’s soft and even a little mushy. This one has HUGE chunks of White Chocolate, as well as big chunks of macadamia nuts. YUM.

The Salted Caramel adds a nice balance to the sweetness of the white chocolate.

This month also brings back the Rainbow Crunch Cake, which is a 3-Layer Vanilla Confetti Cake in rainbow colors with Marshmallow Buttercream and Cake Crumbs on top for that additional bit of awesome. This one was a hit with us last year, too — so be sure to pick up a slice!

Can’t make it to Gideon’s this month? It’s okay — Gideon’s has a menu that rotates every month, so you’ll get to try out new flavors no matter when you visit! So be sure to check with Gideon’s next month to see what flavors are available — we’ll also let you know about the menu at Gideon’s each month!

When things are really busy, you may have to join a virtual queue — they’ll grab your phone number and you’ll get a text when they’re ready for you (so you can go shopping while you wait!).
