The Spirit of Aloha dinner show building has officially been demolished to make way for a new Disney Vacation Club wing. Our last update saw the final layer of the old dinner show in place just a few days ago, so progress is going steady.
From the monorail, we spotted several blue dumpsters full of sheet metal and construction trash. An excavator can be seen nearby.
The leftovers from the demolition have been pushed into neat not-so-little piles.
Clean-up has already begun, revealing the patchy foundation for the Spirit of Aloha.
Stay tuned for the updates from Disney’s Polynesian Resort and the Disney Vacation Club wing.
