2022 is a BIG year for Disney!

We’re in the middle of the Disney World 50th Anniversary celebrations, holiday parties are returning in full force to the parks this year, and the D23 Expo will be happening in the fall! If you’re a big Disney fan, the D23 Expo is a BIG deal, because we usually get lots of updates and announcements from the company. And now, Disney has announced that a popular pop-up shop is returning to the expo this year!

Disney Music Emporium, the online destination for collectible Disney music products, will be returning to the 2022 D23 Expo with a pop-up shop on the showroom floor! According to Disney, “the Emporium will feature limited quantities of a wide assortment of music products, including new releases from Marvel and Lucasfilm, vinyl albums, die-cut picture-disc vinyl, and more” throughout the three-day event.

If you’ve got a Disney vinyl collection, then you’ll definitely want to check out the ten exclusive or first-to-market titles that will be available during the expo. This list includes the Encanto die-cut vinyl, Enchanted (available for the first time on clear vinyl), Hocus Pocus (score-only on moon-variant vinyl), Minnie Lo-Fi, Adventure Thru Inner Space, The Lion King on Broadway (first time on vinyl), The Mandalorian Season 1, Music from WandaVision, The Legacy Collection: Aladdin, and Turning Red — The Mix. And while supplies last, you can get Disney Movie Club collectible pendants with your purchase.

And during your visit, don’t forget to check out special Disney music panels and events like Disney For Scores Podcast Live (hosted by Jon Burlingame on Friday, September 9th) and Disney Princess — The Concert (featuring Disney Broadway stars on Sunday, September 11th). Add those to the long list of exciting parks and media-themed panels, and you’re sure to have some FULL days at D23 Expo.

There are still a select number of tickets available for Sunday of this year’s event, so make sure to check those out online if you’re interested in attending. Single-day passes for Friday and Saturday, as well as the three-day event passes, are already sold out.
