According to Deadline, Daniel Kaluuya will not be reprising his role as W’Kabi In “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” due to scheduling conflicts. The actor made a commitment to work on Jordan Peele’s horror/thriller “Nope,” set to release July 22. (Which by the way, “Nope” is being added to the Studio Tour at Universal Studios Hollywood starting later this month!)
Daniel Kaluuya played W’Kabi, the head of security in Wakanda and the protector of the borderlands. Though Kaluuya will not return in “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever,” this does not mean the actor will not reprise his role at a later date.
Despite Chadwick Boseman’s passing, many of the actors/actresses intend to return to the franchise. Letitia Wright will reprise her role as Shuri, Danai Gurira as Michonne, and many more.
“Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” will release November 11.
