We stopped at Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew in Disney Springs to try the new Citrus Dream Donut and Orange Lemonade for the Flavors of Florida festival.
Citrus Dream Donut — $6.50
Everglazed Donut with orange creamsicle glaze, vanilla buttercream, and candy orange.
As usual, the classic Everglazed donut is fluffy and light. Under the candy orange was a dollop of sweet vanilla buttercream.
We did have a hard time placing the subtle orange flavor, so if you are looking for something more citrusy, you may want to pass on this treat. Swirls on the Water has a delicious Orange Bird DOLE Whip that might be a better choice.
Orange Lemonade — $6.50
Lemonade with orange juice cold foam.
We really enjoyed this lemonade with orange juice cold foam.
It did not have an artificial flavor and would be refreshing any time of day. The flavors worked well together, combining sweet and tart, but we do recommend mixing it with a straw.
The flavors in these new menu items are lighter than our last Everglazed review.
Both of these items will be available at Disney Spring’s Everglazed through August 14. Will you be tasting the “Flavors of Florida” at Everglazed, or will you be heading to see what’s new at Salt & Straw in Disney Springs instead? Let us know in the comments!
