*NEW* Mocha Madness: A sweet frozen Cappuccino blended with Chocolate Syrup (Non-Alcoholic) – $6.39, $13.99 with Godiva Chocolate Liqueur ($25/bottle) (The American Adventure)
Holy sugar rush! It’s a blended cappuccino, but there’s no coffee flavor at all. It’s more of a blended hot chocolate with a ton of sugar. It’s missing some milk or cream product in it to break up the sweetness. This is our least favorite, and we recommend skipping this. We came into this review thinking it would be similar to a mocha Frappuccino, but we were taken aback by the sugary flavor that took over our taste buds. We’ll give this one a hard pass.
*NEW* Arctic Sunrise: A cool citrus treat featuring Passion Fruit over Ice and Coconut Syrup (Non-Alcoholic) – $6.39, $13.99 with Bacardí Tropical Rum ($15/bottle) (Near Canada)
This is the perfect refreshing drink great for a hot festival day like the ones here at EPCOT. It’s passion fruit-forward. This drink is supposed to have coconut syrup, but we didn’t taste any coconut. It’s not caffeinated either. If you like citrus and passion fruit, you will love this.
*NEW* Castaway Cold Brew: A creamy combination of Joffrey’s Shakin’ Jamaican Nitro and Sweet Cream (Non-Alcoholic) – $6.39, $13.99 with Grey Goose Vodka ($25/bottle) and Kahlúa Liqueur ($25/bottle) (Near Disney Traders)
They poured about 1/3 of the cup full of sweet cream, which makes it very, very sweet. It is refreshing if you like sugary coffee with subtle undertones of coffee. There’s no notable cream on this coffee, and we recommend getting the Nitro Dreams instead.
*NEW* Nitro Dreams: A creamy combination of Joffrey’s Shakin’ Jamaican Nitro Cold Brew, Irish Cream Syrup, and Half & Half topped with Cream (Non-Alcoholic) – $6.39, $13.99 with Angel’s Envy Bourbon ($50/bottle) (Near Mission: SPACE)
The first sip was all Irish Cream syrup. It needs a good stir before drinking but then the cream of the nitro and the syrup mix very well. It’s very similar to Irish coffee without alcohol. Which, of course, can be solved with the alcoholic version for an upcharge. The coffee is not too overpowering, and the Irish cream syrup adds a sugary-sweet taste. Luckily the half & half breaks up that sugary flavor, but not all the way. We would recommend this to those that like their coffee sweet, or those that like Irish Coffees.
