Ummm EPCOT, Are You Doing Okay?

EPCOT is the place to be, thanks to the 2022 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival!

It’s time for the 2022 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival!

There is soooooo much to do — you can grab a bite or sip from one of the booths, partake in cheese crawls and rat-themed scavenger hunts (yes, seriously), or snag some festival merchandise! And, speaking of merchandise, we just spotted the newest festival item — but it’s not for Food & Wine.

Yeah…imagine our surprise when we stumbled upon these new 2022 Flower and Garden Mickey Topiary Plushes! The topiary plush is shaped like Mickey, and it comes with a planter displaying the festival’s logo.

Just a Bit Late

They’re pretty adorable, but they are LATE to the party. (They quite literally missed their party and just showed up to another.) According to a Cast Member, these just arrived this week, they weren’t part of the Flower and Garden catalog, and none of them knew these plushes were even coming.

While they seem to have appeared out of thin air, we’re glad they’re here! If you want one, you can grab it in EPCOT for $29.99. We’ll continue to keep our eyes peeled for more festival merchandise — for both Food & Wine AND Flower and Garden. Note that we’ve also seen a good amount of Flower and Garden merchandise in the parks, so you can still snag it before it goes away for good!

Supply chain issues have been impacting Disney World for a while now, so that could be a reason for the major delay.
