We hope you’re ready for a lot of food news — because Disney Springs has been BUSY this week!
It’s a new month and a summer holiday, so there’s a LOT to do in Disney Springs — although some of these eats and drinks are only available for a limited time! Find out all the July foods you do NOT want to miss in Disney Springs.
Disney Springs Food Updates
We visited B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co. to try their Plant-Based Bratwurst Sausage, which is served with sauerkraut and German mustard on a pretzel roll, along with a side of chips for $11.79.
We loved the taste of the tangy mustard with the sauerkraut, and we loved the pretzel roll over the classic hot dog bun you get at Friar’s Nook. This is a hearty plant-based snack option!

Over at Gideon’s Bakehouse, it was time to try the July flavors of the month, which are also part of the Flavors of Florida celebration from July 5th to the 14th. The Orange Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookie is a returning cookie made with vanilla bean chocolate chip cookie infused with orange and topped with dark chocolates, South Florida pecan pralines, and a candied orange peel for $6.
We loved the chewy orange candies and the crunchy pecans, and the orange flavor is strong! It wasn’t overly sweet as a treat, but it did get pretty melty in the Florida sun!
The Orange Mocha Nitro Cold Brew is new, and it quickly ranked high on our list of favorite coffee drinks. If you imagine the cookie as coffee, that’s basically what this is! The orange flavor is amazing with the hint of mocha, and the coffee flavor wasn’t super strong. It was $6.
And the Ginger Snap Cold Brew was available for one day only, and it had a great mix of cinnamon and ginger snap, along with a strong coffee flavor. It was only available on National Gingerbread Day, but we’ve seen it in the past — so it could come back again! It was $6.
The Orange Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookie will be available through July 14th, and this month also sees the return of the Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Cookie! And on Saturdays and Sundays, you can get the Stuart Cake, made with dark orange chocolate buttercream covered in chocolate chips, candied pecans, and candied orange.

Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew introduced two new donuts on their permanent menu, and they were, how shall we say, interesting. The Black Raspberry Beret Donut is a glazed donut with black raspberry icing, topped with black raspberry jam, goat cheese buttercream frosting, fresh berries, mint, and Frosted Flakes, and we loved the flavor of the black raspberry icing, along with the raspberry jam in the center. The goat cheese buttercream frosting was weird, however, so make sure you like goat cheese if you give this a try!
And the Thailicious Donut is a glazed donut with black sesame icing topped with charred pineapple, spicy chili lime garlic peanut butter topping, sweet chili sauce, Micro cilantro, and sesame seeds. This was not it for us. While many of these flavors aren’t bad, per se, they were just bizarre on a donut. The black sesame icing was delicious, but everything else would be better on top of chicken.
Both donuts are part of Everglazed’s permanent menu now for $6.50 each, so give them a try if you’re into unusual and unique donut flavors! Otherwise, Everglazed has TONS of other donut options that might be more your jam.

We also paid a visit to Salt & Straw for their July offerings, which included five limited-edition flavors as part of the Berries, Berries, Berries Series.
We started with a scoop of Birthday Cakes & Blackberries and a scoop of the Wild-Foraged Berry Slab Pie, and the Birthday Cakes & Blackberries is basically chunks of rainbow-sprinkled birthday crumble and blackberry jam swirled with double-vanilla ice cream. The Wild-Foraged Berry Slab Pie has wild berry pie filling and bits of double-baked pie crust mixed in a salted vanilla ice cream.
We also tried scoops of Goat Cheese Marionberry Habanero, Boysenberry Oat Milk Sherbet, and Besharam’s Yogurt Lassi with Raspberries. The Boysenberry Oat Milk Sherbet is vegan and made with boysenberries and oat milk while Besharam’s is made with rosewater and cardamom, with ripples of raspberry jam and toasted whole cumin seeds.
Our favorite was the Wild-Foraged Berry Slab Pie, but we also really loved the Birthday Cake & Blackberries and the Boysenberry Oat Milk Sherbet! We probably wouldn’t order the Goat Cheese Marionberry Habanero or Besharam’s Yogurt Lassi with Raspberries again, but you might want to give them a try! Visit Salt & Straw in July to order any of these flavors.

Over at The Daily Poutine, we also got to try the Cheeseburger Poutine, made with French fries, ground beef, cheese sauce, bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. If you’re looking for a hamburger snack on the go, here it is!
The fries had a great crunch and all the flavors blended so well together! You can order this snack from June 29th through July 31st for $9.99.

If you’re looking for some apple pie, visit Amorette’s Patisserie for the Apple Pie Éclair! This treat is an eclair filled with a white chocolate cinnamon apple mousse garnished with whipped caramel white ganache, cinnamon apples, and crispy pearls. There’s an American flag decoration on top, along with red, white, and blue crispy pearls.
This treat is unbelievable because it tastes JUST like apple pie! The mousse is behind most of the apple pie flavor, and the diced apples give the treat a nice crunch. The éclair itself is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. This treat was only available through July 4th for $7.

At the Coca-Cola Rooftop Bar, the Razzle Dazzle drink is back for $15. It’s made with a mix of Minute-Maid Lemonade, peach whiskey, cherry whiskey, and grenadine. Last year, we thought this drink was way too sweet, and this year was no different, although we did think that the flavors mixed together well. You don’t taste the alcohol much and the touch of blue icee on top was nice.
It comes served in a souvenir Coca-Cola glass that you get to take home, though you might want to stay away if you hate sweet drinks. This drink is only available in July!

And finally, at The Ganachery, there were TWO treats you can try for a limited time! One was Thor’s Hammer — in chocolate form! It costs a cool $35.
And that’s not all! The Baymax S’more is your typical s’more (you know, graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate), but covered in powdered sugar to make it white like Baymax.
It was adorable AND tasty, and it cost $9. It may be small but it’s mighty!

Disney Springs Construction Updates
In terms of construction, we spotted a new SharkFest sign on display, advertising the return of National Geographic’s SharkFest series on Disney+ beginning on July 10th.
Thor: Love and Thunder posters have arrived at the AMC Dine-In Theater! The film will debut in theaters on July 8th.
There was also a large Thor: Love and Thunder backdrop available for photos!
And at Art of Disney, the artist Dirk Wunderlich was available for signing. Wunderlich is a Thomas Kinkade Studios Legacy Artist, and you might be familiar with some of his work! He’ll be available from July 1st through July 31st.
And over at the Orange Parking Garage, we noticed Reedy Creek Improvement District trash cans. In case you didn’t know, Reedy Creek is what basically allows Disney World to act as its own county, and it has its own building regulations, services, and more.
Reedy Creek has been embroiled in controversy after Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed a bill to dissolve the district, but we’ll have to wait until June 2023 to see this take effect.
