There’s rarely a dull week in Disney World!
This week was full of surprises, with updates on the Splash Mountain Princess and the Frog re-theme, opening dates, and tons of EPCOT Food & Wine Festival news! But there’s one REALLY important thing to do before getting to Disney World, especially with a big holiday coming up next week. Let’s check the calendars!
Disney World’s park hours can be different from week to week, so we’re giving you a quick look at next week’s hours so you know exactly what to expect in each park!
Magic Kingdom Park Hours
Magic Kingdom will be open from 9AM until 11PM on July 3rd through the 9th. Extended Evening Hours take place for select Disney Resort Guests on July 6th until 1AM. That means qualifying guests get two extra hours in the parks!
Let’s move on to EPCOT!
EPCOT Park Hours
EPCOT will be open from 8:30AM until 9PM from July 3rd through the 9th. Like Magic Kingdom, EPCOT will also have Extended Evening Hours on July 4th (yes, the holiday!) until 11PM.
What about Disney’s Hollywood Studios hour?
Disney’s Hollywood Studios Park Hours
Disney’s Hollywood Studios will be open from 8:30AM until 9PM on July 3rd through July 9th.
One more park! Let’s take a look at Animal Kingdom!
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park Hours
Disney’s Animal Kingdom will be open from 8AM until 8PM on July 3rd to July 9th.
Disney is still using the Park Pass reservation system, which means you need to make a reservation to gain entry into a Disney Park (even if you have a ticket!). Park passes can “sell out,” so let’s take a look at this upcoming holiday week!
Incredi Pass Reservation Availability
Incredi Passholders have limited availability, with Magic Kingdom sold out from July 3rd to the 6th and the 8th, EPCOT sold out on July 4th, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios sold out on July 4th and 5th.
Let’s look at the next annual pass tier!
Sorcerer Pass Reservation Availability
Sorcerer Passholders also have some limitations, with Magic Kingdom sold out from July 3rd to the 6th and the 8th, EPCOT sold out on July 4th, and Hollywood Studios sold out on July 4th and 5th.
Let’s get to the Pirate Pass!
Pirate Pass Reservation Availability
Pirate Passholders are blocked from all four Disney Parks from July 1st to the 4th, with Magic Kingdom sold out on July 5th and 6th and Hollywood Studios sold out on July 5th.
And finally, let’s check the Pixie Dust Pass!
Pixie Dust Pass Reservation Availability
Pixie Dust Passes are blocked out from July 1st to the 4th and also the 9th. Like the Pirate Pass, Magic Kingdom is sold out on July 5th and 6th and Hollywood Studios is sold out on July 5th.
Since it’s a holiday week, let’s take a look at theme park ticket and resort hotel reservation availability!
Theme Park Ticket Reservation Availability
Theme Park Ticket holders may have issues getting any late park reservations this week! Magic Kingdom is sold out from July 3rd to the 8th and Hollywood Studios is sold out on July 3rd, 5th, 6th, and 7th. EPCOT is sold out on July 4th but otherwise available, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom is available all week!
Now let’s review resort hotel reservations.
Select Resort Hotel Reservation Availability
Like the Theme Park Ticket availability, Magic Kingdom is sold out from July 3rd to the 8th and Hollywood Studios is sold out on July 3rd, 5th, 6th, and 7th. EPCOT is available every day except July 4th. Animal Kingdom is available all week!
And there you have it! With so much limited availability and the 4th of July holiday, it’s bound to be a busy week in Disney World! It would be a good idea to read up on Genie+ so you can take advantage of options that might make your visit a little smoother. Keep reading DFB for more Disney World news and updates!
