Autopia appears to have suffered a hit-and-run accident on the concrete track.

Cast Members did not have any knowledge of the accident or how it could have happened when it was discovered. The cars only can top up around 5 miles per hour, so a collision this severe seems purposeful.

The cars are not lightweight, so making the jump over the divider before impact is shocking.
