One of the most iconic sights when visiting Disneyland is of course walking in and seeing the beautiful Mickey floral in front of Main Street U.S.A. Station on the Disneyland Railroad. Well unfortunately these memories may have to wait a bit as walls are now up around the entire floral space.
It’s a bit obvious even from the esplanade before entering the park.
Full scale walls are up around the floral on the ground level, while scrims cover work from the Disneyland Railroad.
While there’s typically a Halloween floral installed in the bed, work is usually done overnight, so some time is likely required for extra treatment of the flower bed and soil itself to keep things healthy going forward. We haven’t seen walls up around this in quite some time, likely making the most recent refurbishment of this area during the extended 2020-21 closure of Disneyland.
