Good morning from sunny EPCOT! Today we’re hitting the monorail to take a peek at some of the construction happening at Journey of Water Inspired by Moana before making our way around World Showcase.
The area still closed off for construction by Guest Relations doesn’t seem to be making much progress.
Among the views from above, we noticed the fairly new World Discovery digital tip board near Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind appears to have been removed.
Next to the Fry Basket booth, Cool Wash has planters surrounding it. Could something be happening here?
Over in World Celebration construction, the “Kakamora” faces from ‘Moana’ can be seen peeking out from a few of the rock formations.
Back on the ground, we popped in to Connections Eatery where a few of the opening day menu items have been removed.
Thirsty? This large “Walt Disney World” metal water bottle at Gateway Gifts holds quite a bit of water! It’s the perfect size to keep you hydrated for a day at the park.
Look at these cuties! New Chip’n’Dale plush are in the back corner of Gateway Gifts. They are held together but can be separated after purchase.
If you missed out on getting your Annual Passholder magnet the first time, you can still pick up the EARidescent Mickey & Minnie Mouse magnet from Creations.
The super cute and popular Mickey Waffle mug is back in stock at Creations, but going fast! It even comes with a “butter knife” to stir the contents.
A small range of Princess Tiana apparel is now available in the youth section as well as a princess patch denim jacket.
A perfectly Princess Tiana pajama set and jacket, and “Be True” Disney Princess skirt are also out.
We can’t get enough Tiana! These jazzy new ears give love to the princess born on the bayou. Look at the accent feather!
Halloween has arrived at Creations complete with a large Jack-o’-Lantern Mickey that you can also find at Disney Springs.
Candy corn faces – cool or creepy?
A new engravable ID tag machine is now at Test Track Simporium. We’ve also seen new ones at Pin Traders in Disney Springs and at Disney’s Contemporary Resort although this one comes with the Test Track emblem.
A ceramic Princess Tiana cake stand is available at both festial market booths and Port of Entry.
These patriotic Mickey Mouse Crocs are in stock at Port of Entry. They’re a little late and also feature a Disneyland “D” but we still love them.
Anna and Elsa split cupcake is still available at Sunshine Seasons for World Princess Week, which is coming to a close.
Soarin’ was implementing Single Rider line again today, although considering the standby wait time was only 15 minutes you may not even need it.
Over at the Seas pavilion, the upstairs Nursery is still closed for refurbishment.
These sweet and most likely actual size Jiminy Cricket shoulder plush is waiting for you at Home and Garden in Italy.
Some scrim continues to move around inside of Mitsukoshi as the small shop inside looks as though it is preparing to open.
Hey, Remy! Big foot Remy plush has been restocked at various locations in the France pavilion. We found this guy at L’Espirit de la Provence.
This super cute “Canada” magnet is also in stock at Northwest Mercantile in the Canada pavilion. It has small gold flakes that glisten when you turn it! While it’s not a new item, it is very cute!
Making one final stop at Disney’s BoardWalk to check the progress of the new Cake Bake shop where again, very little progress can be seen on the exterior, but that doesn’t mean a lot isn’t happening inside!
We’re off to grab a sandwich at BoardWalk Deli and ride Spaceship Earth before the afternoon rainstorm hits, thanks for following along!
