The Little Red Wagon on Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland is now offering spicy Asian-style dipping sauce with their hand-dipped corn dogs. A corn dog, which comes with a mandarin orange or small bag of chips, is $10.59. The sauce is an additional $1.69.

Spicy Asian-Style Dipping Sauce with Corn Dog
A blend of gochujang, sambal, vinegar, and honey
This is better in theory than in practice. The Asian-style sauce is very salty, and when paired with the already sodium-rich hot dog and deep-fried breading, it’s overpowering.
It’s also spicier than expected. It does say spicy in the name but usually at Disneyland, even when something is listed as spicy, it’s not overly so. This actually lives up to its name.
We enjoy spice, so it was a welcome addition and a nice break from the monotony of un-spicy food, but it may shock someone who isn’t used to this kind of heat.
The sauce on its own would be fine and the corn dog on its own (or with ketchup or mustard) is fantastic. But together, it’s just too much.
