For World Princess Week, Disney has been celebrating with royal merchandise, giveaways, and treats. And, since we’re Disney FOOD Blog, we’ve been digging into all of the Princess-inspired treats the resorts have to offer! And one of the special treats we just tried was perfectly sweet in ALMOST every way.
Over at Gasparilla Island Grill in Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, we grabbed the Perfectly Princess Cupcake! This treat is a Vanilla Sponge Cupcake with pink Buttercream Ruffles, white Nonpareil Sprinkles, and a Princess White Chocolate Coin. And you guys…this treat lived up to its name!

It doesn’t get more classic than a Vanilla Cupcake with Buttercream. So naturally, it’s perfect for kids and adults. It’s hard to dislike a classic, ya know? (Unless you’re not a fan of Vanilla or Cupcakes, that is.)
Perfectly Princess Cupcake
The White Chocolate Coin quickly began melting in that brutal Florida sun — but we don’t really blame Disney for this one. We’re melting in the heat too.
So saaaaad.
If you LOOOOVE frosting (like seriously LOVE frosting), we will note that there was definitely a higher cake-to-frosting ratio on this one. So that could be a bad thing for you. That’s the only thing that might make people not fall for this classic treat.
Like…It’s A HUNK Of Cake!
