If you plan on visiting EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival this year, you NEED to go to the Fry Basket booth. This booth is located by Test Track. Be prepared to wait in a bit of a line because this booth is a fan favorite this year.
I got the Adobo Yuca Fries, and it was love at first bite. My first instinct was that I needed to call everyone I knew and tell them to come to try these. Yuca Fries are thicker than regular french fries, so they are a bit filling but great for sharing. The aioli they made for these fries is out of this world. Not only is it topped with plant-based aioli they are also perfectly seasoned.
They have a Fry Flight that can be modified for allergies and plant-based eaters. On that flight, they have these Sweet Potato Casserole Fries that smell phenomenal. These are sweet potato fries with candied pecans, toasted marshmallow cream, and caramel whiskey. Sounds sooooo good. I have heard nothing but positive comments about the Fry Flight the way it comes with no modifications.
I have a strong feeling that I will stop at this booth each time I visit this festival. It is 100% a must-do for EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival. I have another booth on that list, but we will discuss that in another article.
