These days, EPCOT is a very busy park!
With two new attractions, three new restaurants, and a new fireworks show, there’s a lot to see if you haven’t been in a few years! On top of that, we’re in the middle of the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, and we’re counting down the days until the 40th Anniversary of the park. There’s so much to keep up with that we decided to round it all up into one list — here’s everything that’s new in EPCOT!
EPCOT Attractions Updates
Soarin’ Around the World
We had one big attractions update this week, coming straight from The Land Pavilion. Here, Soarin’ was testing out the use of a single rider queue during slower times.
It was only being tested sporadically, so you may not see the option if you’re traveling soon, but be on the lookout for it just in case. A Cast Member informed us that they were trying it out when the wait time was low. That would certainly be a cool addition to this ride!

EPCOT Merchandise Updates
Creations Shop
There was a LOT of new merchandise this week, so hold on tight while we run through the list! Starting out at Creations Shop, we spotted a new Star Wars picnic tote for $49.99.
Two new baby costumes arrived in the store as well, just in time for your Halloween shopping! First, there’s this one, inspired by Boo from Monsters, Inc. You can grab it for $34.99.
Also $34.99 is the Tiana Baby Costume, which comes with a matching headband!
Two new Guardians of the Galaxy magnets dropped in the past few days, both starring the lovable Groot. There’s a mixtape design…
…as well as one with the tiny tree dressed up in his headphones. Pick them up for $14.99 each.
If you’re planning your outfits for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, you may want to check out this Hocus Pocus Alex and Ani bracelet we spotted. It’s available for $49.99.
New character sweatshirts have arrived! There’s a Mickey Mouse design…
…a Minnie Mouse version…
…one starring Donald Duck…
…and one with his lady, Daisy Duck! You can shop each of these for $44.99.
If you have a bag or denim jacket you need to decorate, you’ll want to check out Disney’s new patches. We love this adorable Mickey Heart Patch for $9.99.
We also got some patches based on iconic movies. There’s the Stitch Patch…
…and the Lion King Patch. They were $9.99 each as well.
There’s no such thing as too many Disney t-shirts, and even if your collection is getting pretty hefty, we think you’ll like this Chip ‘n’ Dale Shirt design. We spotted it in the store for $39.99.
And last but not least, Creations Shop had the new Figaro collection from Dooney & Bourke. There were four new bag designs to choose from!
They range in price from $168-$298. Make sure to check out our post for all the details!

Port of Entry
More Marvel merchandise came to Port of Entry this week, starting with the new journal set inspired by Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. The two books were made to look like the Darkhold and the Book of Vishanti, and you can get them for $34.99.
There’s also a new customizable Marvel backpack! The bag comes with patches made to look like the Avengers, so you can design it however you like. Buy it for $39.99.
And speaking of backpacks, there’s another one to add to the Thor: Love and Thunder collection! This design is inspired by The Mighty Thor, aka Jane Foster.
Pick this new Loungefly mini backpack up for $85.
Camera Center
Up at the front of the park, head to Camera Center if you’re looking to beef up your pin collection! This week, we found not one, but TWO new Baymax pins here.
One features Hiro trying to get Baymax into his armor, while the other pays homage to the iconic Big Hero 6 “hairy baby” scene.
They were $9.99 each in the Camera Center.
Mission: SPACE Cargo Bay
One new item came to Mission: SPACE Cargo Bay this week — these adorable pajamas inspired by The Mandalorian. Cozy and cute!
The set comes with a long-sleeved shirt and pants, and you can pick it up for $54.99.
Stein Haus
And finally, there’s a new Mickey and Friends Shirt in the Germany Pavilion! Shop this tee for $24.99.
That’s everything new we spotted in the past few days, but there’s more to come! Next week, EPCOT will be opening more food booths for the Food & Wine Festival, and we’ll be there to try them out and share our reviews.
Also, stay tuned to DFB to see if Disney announces any celebrations for the 40th Anniversary of the park, which takes place on October 1st, 2022. We can’t wait!
