Disney Vacation Club is Disney’s own version of a timeshare. DVC members use a vacation points system. They can use the vacation points they have to book stays at a variety of eligible hotels. But joining DVC can cost you a pretty penny. Ever wished you could join DVC but also save some cash? Well, now is your chance!

In the past, we’ve seen Disney offer some special discounts to those looking to join the Disney Vacation Club, and now another special offer is in place!

If you act fast, you could save $4,800 or MORE when you become a DVC member at select resorts. Here’s what you need to know.

First, this offer only lasts through October 12th, 2022, so you don’t want to wait. Second, the more vacation points you buy, the more you’ll save (generally). Third, the offer applies specifically to those who become a member specifically at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa (in Hawai’i), Disney’s Riviera Resort, or The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.

Prices vary depending on the resort you pick as well as how many vacation points you buy.

The DVC website also notes that “additional savings are available for other point purchases,” so be sure to ask and see if the purchases you’re looking to make could qualify for a discount.

Of course, there is some fine print you should know about. To take advantage of this offer, you’ll need to participate in a Resort sales tour, but that can take place online, via phone, or in person.

The savings represents a credit off of the purchase price but doesn’t represent any part of the minimum down payment that’s required of at least 10% (depending on financing).

If you’re an existing DVC member, the website notes that you can log into your account to see a special “add-on” offer, so don’t miss out on that.

There may also be additional savings for Disney Cast Members and members of the U.S. military (both active and retired), so be sure to ask about that too.
