Unofficially marking the end of summer, Labor Day typically means heavy crowds and long wait times at Walt Disney World, but this year seems to be an exception. The My Disney Experience app currently shows availability at all four Walt Disney World theme pakrs.
Across the Magic Kingdom, wait times were exceptionally low.
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, which usually commands wait times of 90 to 120 minutes, had only a 35 minute wait when we passed by.
Popular attractions like Splash Mountain and “it’s a small world” were virtually walk-ons, with waits topping out at a whopping five minutes.
Though thirteen is considered by some to be unlucky, it proves to be a very lucky number at The Haunted Mansion, as it experiences unusually low wait times for Labor Day.
Heading into Adventureland, Pirates of the Caribbean was only a five minute wait, while the Jungle Cruise had the longest wait time we spotted, topping out at 40 minutes.
Everywhere we traveled in the park, there was ample space in the walkways.
It was surprising to see the park free of congestion, though it should also be noted that the park closes at 6 PM tonight to accommodate Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
