From September 15th to October 15th Walt Disney World celebrates Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month. Disney is celebrating this month with treats, snacks, and drinks throughout the resort.
Disney Springs has a lot of great options for the celebration, but one of the best ones is the Flancocho from Amorettes. Amorettes makes the most beautiful desserts so beautiful that sometimes you wonder if you should even eat them. Now, I would skip this one if you aren’t a fan of super sweet desserts.
@wdwinfo New Disney Snack Alert! Celebrate Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month with this delicious treat! #wdw #disneysprings #encanto #disneyparks @disneyparks ♬ We Don’t Talk About Bruno – Carolina Gaitán – La Gaita & Mauro Castillo & Adassa & Rhenzy Feliz & Diane Guerrero & Stephanie Beatriz & Encanto – Cast
The Flamcocho is topped with a chocolate disc, edible flowers, a dried strawberry slice, and the cutest macaron I’ve ever seen. The cake is made with chocolate cakes topped with vanilla custard and caramel sauce. See, I told you it was a sweet dessert. The dessert costs $7.00 and can be shared by two people.
I think this treat is worth the $7.00 not only because it’s delicious but because it’s a gorgeous dessert. Maybe I also think that way because I am Hispanic and grew up around desserts like this my whole life, but I think if you have a sweet tooth, you should try this treat.
Have you ever been to Amorettes before? Let us know in the comments.
