Today, Disney World and Universal Orlando announced phased reopenings following the impact of Hurricane Ian. The Orlando International Airport’s reopening still seemed to be in the air, however, due to damage and flooding.
Now, we have an update on when the Orlando International Airport plans to reopen.
The Orlando International Airport will reopen on September 30th at noon. Travelers are advised to not arrive at the airport prior to 10AM so that employees can get the areas to a better working condition.
The roads leading to MCO are also expected to reopen on Friday morning. We will continue to give you updates if anything with this situation changes.
