Halloween Horror Nights 31 is finally here, and Universal Studios Florida has rolled out more than a dozen themed food booths around the park. In Gramercy Park, you can find this trick or treat themed booth serving up spooky selections.

open-faced burger on garlic Texas Toast, with jalapeño bacon, spicy candied pork belly, crinkle cut fries, cheddar cheese sauce
This was outstanding. It was our favorite dish out of everything we tried today. The Texas toast really tied the entire thing together.
This is basically a full meal. It’s perfectly filling and would be great before a night of drinking.

What a surprise this was! It was an unexpected combo that worked well together

Absinthe and Green Chartreuse, with single pressed lemon juice and simple syrup, served over ice
This tasted like black licorice. It looks much more appealing than it was. You can taste the sweetness but the black licorice flavor is overwhelming.
