After all the announcements at D23, there’s a lot to look forward to in Disney World.
But right now, we’re really excited about all the Halloween treats and souvenirs in Disney World, and Disney Springs has been full of all kinds of spooky eats and drinks! Come along with us to see what’s new in Disney Springs.
Disney Springs Food Updates
The Ganachery
It’s officially autumn in Disney World and we visited Disney Springs to try several Halloween treats! At The Ganachery, the Ghost Minnie Piñata was almost too cute to eat for $28. This snack was a Dark Chocolate Piñata covered in White Chocolate and filled with Chocolate-covered Marshmallows.
It comes with a wooden mallet so you can break open the treat to get to the chocolate-covered marshmallows! It’s a really fun (albeit pricey) treat but since it’s Florida, be warned that it may melt quickly.

Swirls on the Water
Swirls on the Water had three special Halloween treats, starting with the Oogie Boogie Nachos for $8.99. These “nachos” were made with Pistachio Soft-Serve, Strawberry Boba Pearls, Chocolate Curls, Gummy Worms, Orange Sprinkles, a White Chocolate Oogie Boogie Medallion, and Waffle Cone Chips.
The pistachio had an icy consistency and we loved the flavor, but it was a little odd with the taste of the gummy worms. But this treat is easily big enough to share with two (or more!), so we consider that a win!

Next up is the Witches Flight for $6.49, which came with three different Dole Whip flavors, including (from left to right) Pineapple Dole Whip, Pumpkin Soft Serve, and Cheesecake Soft Serve, with each treat decorated with White Chocolate Embellishments.
The Pineapple Dole Whip was classic, regular Dole Whip, but the Cheesecake Soft Serve was kinda like eating a block of sweet cream cheese, so it wasn’t our favorite. The Pumpkin Soft Serve tasted just like a cold piece of pumpkin pie and it was our favorite!
Here’s our review of the Witches Flight!
And finally, we tried the boozy Pumpkin Float for $10.99, made with Angry Orchard Crisp Apple Hard Cider, Pumpkin Soft Serve, and a Green Apple Garnish.
The pumpkin flavor wasn’t super strong at first but it seemed to show up more the more we drank. We weren’t too sure about the pumpkin and apple flavor combo but it ended up working for us, and it’s probably the perfect fall drink on a cool night.

Amorette’s Patisserie
Amorettes’s Patisserie had a Pumpkin Apple Tart for $8, made with Pumpkin-spiced Mousse, Port Wine-poached Apple, and Hazelnut Crunch, and there was a LOT going on.
The Pumpkin Mousse had a subtle pumpkin flavor with just hints of nutmeg and cinnamon, and the tart apple flavor in the center did NOT work well with the light pumpkin. The Hazelnut Crunch had a rich flavor but it just didn’t work with the rest of the flavors.

Marketplace Snacks
And finally, at Marketplace Snacks we tried the (very messy) Jack Skellington Waffle Sundae for $8.99. It was made with Chocolate Ice Cream served with Chocolate Shavings, Marshmallows, and Orange Sprinkles on top, all in a Bubble Waffle.
All the flavors here were delicious, but note that the chocolate ice cream is not soft serve — it’s more like traditional ice cream. But as much as we loved this treat, it was REALLY MESSY, so you might want to skip it if you don’t feel like getting ice cream all over your outfit.

Disney Springs Construction Update
If you’ve been following the Disney Vacation Club Billboard renovation, we noticed that it was recently painted blue!
In case you don’t remember, the van was previously painted red, so this is a pretty big change.
