Disney World Park Pass Reservation Availability After Hurricane Ian

It’s been a difficult week in Florida with Hurricane Ian (later downgraded to Tropical Storm Ian) wreaking havoc statewide.

Hurricane skies in Disney World

Disney World closed for two days on September 28th and 29th, leaving many visitors with plans this weekend and next week feeling uncertain. Disney reopened on September 30th and resumed letting guests check into hotels as of 3PM, we’re taking a look at next week’s Park Pass Reservations, which are required for entering a Disney Park.

Magic Kingdom Park Hours

Let’s start with Magic Kingdom, which is scheduled to be open from 8AM to 6PM on October 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 7th. The reduced hours are due to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, which is scheduled from 7PM to 12AM on those dates.

October 3rd, 5th, and 8th will return to regular hours of 9AM to 11PM, and Extended Evening Hours (for qualifying Disney World Resort hotel guests) are scheduled on October 5th from 11PM-1AM.

EPCOT Park Hours

EPCOT’s hours will be the same every day next week, opening from 8:30AM to 9PM.

Qualifying hotel guests can take advantage of Extended Evening Hours on October 3rd from 9PM to 11PM.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios Park Hours

Like EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios will be open from 8:30AM to 9PM from October 2nd to October 8th.

Park hopping is allowed in Disney World after 2PM, and you must have a Park Pass Reservation to be able to Park Hop. With both Hollywood Studios and EPCOT having the same park hours, it makes it easier to travel between the parks via the Disney Skyliner.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park Hours

In Disney’s Animal Kingdom, the park will be open from 8AM to 8PM on October 2nd, 3rd, 6th, 7th, and 8th. .

On October 4th and 5th, things change a bit, and the park will be open from 9AM to 7PM.
