The yuletide season is just around the corner, and both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure are already getting ready as more holiday decorations arrive.
Over at Sleeping Beauty Castle, more snow has been added to the turrets.
It really creates a delightful winter landscape… even in southern California!
Moving to the right of the drawbridge, a row of icicles are up on the eave of the roof.
These clear icicles make it appear like the castle has frozen over!
Meanwhile over at Disney California Adventure, festive garland has been strung around the entrance to The Little Mermaid – Ariel’s Undersea Adventure.
The garlands, packed with red, gold, and orange flowers, make for the perfect autumnal transition from Halloween into Thanksgiving and beyond.
Meanwhile, Pacific Wharf is already decked out for the season, possibly for the last time. It was announced at the 2022 D23 Expo that the land will be transformed into San Fransokyo, the setting of “Big Hero 6,” though no timeframe for the change has been announced.
A pair of jolly anchors accented with red lights flank either side of the bridge signage as you head into Pacific Wharf.
A nautical-themed garland stretches the length of the sign, complete with seashells, buoys, and starfish.
Strings of red, orange, yellow, and green lights stretch the span between Pacific Wharf Café and Lucky Fortune Cookery.
All in all, it’s beginning to look a lot like the holidays! The holiday festivities at the Disneyland Resort kick off on Friday, November 11, and run through January 8, 2023.
