Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom!

This week is a very exciting week, as we kick off the holiday season at Walt Disney World Resort! Join us for a night full of fun at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party!

LIVE ENTERTAINMENT

There are plenty of things to be seen at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, such as dazzling fireworks, a fantastical parade, and a showstopping stage production! Each of these shows are an absolute must-see if you’re able!

Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show: “Look to the sky for a dazzling fireworks show full of festive cheer.” We would recommend watching this show from the Main Street Hub near the partners statue for the best view!

Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade: “Wave to some beloved pals as they float by in this yuletide parade.” This parade runs from Frontierland by Splash Mountain all the way through Liberty Square, down Main Street, and into Town Square! While we decided to watch from the Main Street Hub, there is truly no bad place to enjoy this parade!

Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration: “Head over to Cinderella Castle for a yuletide stage show, starring Mickey Mouse!” This high-energy stage show features singers, dancers, and some of your favorite characters rocking out to a medley of classic holiday songs!

Be aware that the parade and castle stage show are weather permitting, and will not occur if there is rain.

TREATS!

What would be a Holiday party without some holiday treats?! Similar to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, there are several “Treat Trail” locations throughout the park! At these locations, you can receive complimentary cookies and holiday beverages! We were able to try an assortment of different cookies and beverages and everything we had was great! Some of our favorites were the Buttercream Frosted Sugar Cookie from The Lunching Pad, and the Hot Chocolate from Cosmic Ray’s, both of which are in Tomorrowland!

We were able to try a couple other seasonal food items from around the park, and our favorite was definitely the Fried Pork Tamale from Golden Oak Outpost, next to Pecos Bill. This tamale is served “Christmas Style”, with Red and Green Chile Sauces, and Queso Fresco. This is a great savory option if you need a break from all of the sweet treats!

This truly was a great night, and great way to kick off the Holiday Season! If you’d like to attend Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, be sure to get your tickets quick, as they are almost sold out! Thanks for joining us again, and we’ll see you next week!
