Halloween was just yesterday, but the holiday team at Magic Kingdom was hard at work all night to ensure the park was decked with Christmas cheer this morning.
2022 Christmas Decorations at Magic Kingdom Entrance
The Mickey and Minnie topiaries have holiday headwear and are now surrounded by red flowers.
Presents in shades of red and green are around the planter bed.
The Mickey head in front of the train station is red.
The fence is adorned with garland, which can be seen around Main Street, U.S.A.
The garland is green with multicolor lights. Fruit hangs from the small branches. Red poinsettias are dotted between.
Wreaths dressed in gold for the 50th anniversary are on either side of the entrance tunnels.
Chamber of Commerce and City Hall
More garlands and wreaths hang outside the Chamber of Commerce.
City Hall is decorated inside and out. These garlands feature snowflakes, bells, and red ornaments.
Christmas trees are covered in bright red bows, ornaments, and silver bells.
A Mickey wreath with candy canes and Santa Claus ornaments can be found here.
Diamond-shaped boughs with red bows and poinsettias hang outside.
Inside, wreaths are hung on the walls, and lit trees add a warm holiday glow.
Lampposts
The lampposts in town square are decorated with fruit-filled garlands.
More golden 50th anniversary-themed wreaths are hung as well.
Emporium
Not all of Main Street has been decorated, but the Emporium is strung with garlands.
The garlands here feature red and white poinsettias with golden baubles and red-gold bells and bows.
Garland heavy with poinsettias line the sides of the Emporium.
Another entrance is draped with fruit-laden garlands.
Plaza Ice Cream Parlor and Restaurant
Small garlands hang from the balconies of the Plaza Restaurant.
The Plaza Ice Cream Parlor has many wreaths, including a large one around the marquee.
First Aid
Even First Aid is getting in on the Christmas cheer.
Town Square Theater & Tony’s Town Square Restaurant
The shared façade for the Town Square Theater and Tony’s Town Square Restaurant features hanging garlands with red, green, and gold ornaments (and more fruit).
Main Street Confectionery
The Main Street Confectionery is one of few shops decorated both inside and out.
Some of the garlands here are decorated with pearl strings, golden branches and leaves, and pinecones.
Inside, the garlands have bright orange, blue, and pink baubles. There are pink and purple flowers, clusters of white berries, and candy ornaments.
Silver snowflakes can also be spotted.
Christmas treats weren’t available when we stopped in this morning, but production was well underway. Cast Members said they hope to start serving them this afternoon.
Center Street
The front half of Center Street is still under refurbishment, but guests can access the area.
Uptown Jewelers is decked out with garlands and wreaths.
Some of the windows have had their holiday makeovers.
Cinderella Castle and the Hub
Cinderella Castle won’t have Dream Lights this year, but the stage is lined with garlands.
