It wouldn’t be the holiday season in SoCal without Abuelita, and now, Disney California Adventure is helping you get your fix even on the warmer days with the Abuelita Hot Chocolate Churro.

You can find this at the churro cart near Goofy’s Sky School.

Abuelita Hot Chocolate Churro – $6.75

with condensed milk dipping sauce

This is a delicious, delicately chocolate and spice-flavored churro that really brings the Abuelita flavor.

Rather than being a full-on chocolate flavor, which never quite comes through properly in a churro, the Abuelita flavor is more subtle and has more of a cinnamon spice note that works well.

The sweetened condensed milk dipping sauce is a unique and fun choice that we enjoyed more than we thought we would, but this churro is so good that we prefer to leave the dip aside so as not to distract from the flavor of the Abuelita.

This is one of the better churros we’ve had for the holidays, and we can’t wait to enjoy it again on our next trip.

The holiday season at Disneyland runs from November 11 through January 8.
