The Caramel Apple Churro has returned to Willie’s Churros on Buena Vista Street in Disney California Adventure.

The churro is returning from previous events, but they’ve added whipped topping this year.

The churro comes in a tray, as it’s dripping with apple compote and caramel sauce.

Once you get the tray, you realize how heavy and messy the whole situation is going to be.

It’s an otherwise basic churro drizzled with caramel sauce. The spiced apples taste like regular apple pie filling.

If you had this last year and thought, “this would be the best thing ever with a little whipped cream,” you may want to come back for it. Otherwise, there are new and more interesting churros this holiday season.

The holiday season at Disneyland runs from November 11 through January 8.
